Sky+ Box Installation:
Installation of Sky+ will be much smoother and hassle free than you would have ever experienced. All you are required to do is intimate Sky TV of a convenient date and time to undertake the installation of your Sky+ digibox.
On the selected date, the Sky engineer will undertake the required tasks and install the sky plus box for you. A neat and clean look awaits your approval as there will be no trailing wires and no mess visible.
What more, the installation engineer will also demonstrate and guide you through the entire operation of your new sky plus box.
Remote Recording feature: Sky Plus TV customers need not fret or fume over missing any programme in case they are out of their home, as they can always remote record the programmes they are likely to miss on their Sky+ Box.
If you are a Sky Plus (or Sky + HD) customer, you are required to have a Sky ID and then activate the Remote Record on your set top box. For activating the Remote Record on the sky+ digibox (or Sky + HD box), you can always follow the instructions available on Sky.com and make sure you enter your mobile phone number onto your box which will facilitate the remote recording.
In case you wish to Remote Record a programme through a mobile phone, you can either send a text message or access the Sky Mobile and choose your preferences. If your request has been received, you will receive a confirmation message and your Sky Plus Box (or Sky + HD box) will start recording.
Each confirmation text will be charged at 25p/€0.50 while mobile networks could charge you separately. Meanwhile make sure you send your request at least 30 minutes before the start of the programme.
